Wildlife Photographer of the Year Pictures Show That Nature Is Absolutely Incredible

It’s no secret that the most beautiful sights in the world are found in nature. But that doesn’t mean it’s not easy to forget just how incredible the natural world is.

For anyone who needs a reminder, we offer you these incredible pictures from the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition.

We’ll start with the photograph that won the top spot, a photograph of two golden snub-nosed monkeys. Dutch photographer Marsel van Oosten captured the dreamlike photo in the forest of China’s Qinling Mountains.

While this photo did take the top spot, that doesn’t mean the other pictures are any less incredible. You be the judge of which is the best!

16-year old South African photographer Skye Meaker received the award for Young Wildlife Photographer of the Year with this photo of a leopard relaxing in a tree.
