Getting attacked by a silverback gorilla wasn’t something this honeymooning couple had on their itinerary — we assume. But that’s just what happened when a woman got charged by a gorilla as it shoved her to the ground.
Should she have been smart enough (along with everyone else) and chosen not to stand a few feet away from wild gorillas with nothing in between them? Of course, but fortunately for her and everyone else, the gorilla didn’t continue to attack the woman after knocking her down.
It should be pretty obvious that standing next to a wild gorilla isn’t going to end well in most scenarios. Either way, we doubt she’ll go out of her way to do this again.
