Two kids had the fright of their lives when a couple of killer whales got WAY too close for comfort.
Creed Pierce was at Waiheke Island in New Zealand when he spotted two killer whales quickly closing in on two unsuspecting kids in the ocean. It doesn’t appear the kids noticed the orcas at first, but when they finally spotted the fins they were terrified.
Pierce and those with him shout for the kids to stay still as the whales get closer. But that’s a lot easier said than done as the kids are freaking out.
Fortunately, the killer whales pass right by the two kids without paying them much attention, much to everyone’s relief.
“That’s a lifetime experience, for ya!” Pierce can be heard saying off camera.
That’s one way to put it, Creed.
