Saltwater, freshwater, lakes, oceans and fire hydrants – fish can be found nearly anywhere – but a sewer? Not exactly a place I want to get a fish from. Either way, finding a good sized mudcat in a storm sewer is something you don’t see every day.

This is the biggest mudcat I have caught in the sewer at about 2 lbs. I was using shad for bait and had to use a net to pull him out. Hopefully I can catch more like this and even bigger this summer.
