This bird must be the McGruff the Crime Dog of crows.
Captured on a gas station surveillance camera, the crow can be seen flying over to a trashcan and pulling something out (it turns out it was meth) which the cops later found.
When they tried to find out who may have dropped them by reviewing footage, they found the feathered culprit in action. It’s unclear if this was a vigilante crow or if he was in on the action and had a change of heart. Either way, the cops have him to thank for getting more drugs off the street.
