We’ve seen a lot of mistreatment of various beached animals on video over the years, so it’s refreshing to see when someone handles the situation properly and doesn’t use it as a selfie opportunity.
Naude Dreyer, a tour guide with Pelican Point Kayaking, spotted a young Benguela dolphin in need of some serious help on a Namibia beach. It’s a good thing for the stranded dolphin that Dreyer knew exactly what to do and wasted no time in carrying it back to the water where it made a speedy getaway.
