If nature offers, it’s the unexpected. One of the most unexpected things to come from nature? Yelling goats – and no, they aren’t making the typical sounds you’d expect from a goat, these guys sound like screaming people:
Sounds like they could really confuse someone to make them think people were in trouble. In late January, that’s exactly what happened when a National Police Air Service unit in the UK was notified about sounds of distress.
Once the source of these screams was discovered, they soon realised no one was any danger, it was just a goat doing his best impression of a murder victim.

Luckily, they didn’t find anyone who needed help, but they’ll probably be haunted by the sounds of a screaming goat for the rest of their lives.
