After discovering a friendly humpback whale, trapped in a one-mile long net, James Moskito and his team of volunteers knew they had to do everything they could to free the gentle giant.
Over the course of five hours, the team braved shark infested water and freezing temperatures all with the goal of saving this scared creature. After the final cut of the rope, the whale swam next to and rubbed against its rescuers, showing its appreciation.
