12 fishermen have been penalized by the Virginia Marine Resources Commission for crimes committed while fishing over the last view months.
James C. Keeling, Jerry W. Rhea, David E. Follette, Brian Eugene West, Edward B. Lowery Jr., Bi Chao Chen, Michael L. Greene, Calvin W. West, Timmy Lee Jenkins, Vernon L. Ward, David N. Owens, and Rocky Rhea were all convicted of crimes in Circuit Courts they were charged at.
